In addition to 35 years experience as a general contractor, I have taken the required courses and passed the exams needed to become an InterNachi Certified Home Inspector. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) is the worlds largest home inspection organization. They are dedicated to the education of home inspectors and to furthering the Home Inspection Industry. As a member, I am required to take continuing education courses every year. I am also required to pass the InterNachi certification exam every 3 years.
