If you attend the inspection, you may pay then with a check or cash.

Payment must be made before the report will be emailed to you and your realtor.

1501sf. to 2000sf. $420.00

 2001sf. to 2500sf. $460.00

2501sf. to 3000sf. $500.00

3001sf. to 3500sf. $560.00

3501sf. to 4000sf. $620.00

4001sf. to 4500sf. $680.00

4501sf. to 5000sf. $760.00

5001sf. to 5500sf. $840.00

5501sf. to 6000sf. $940.00

6001sf. and above - Please call for a quote.

Additional Charges:

Homes built before 1970   Add $60.00
